I haven't used yahoo messenger for a year. My son help me download and install it yesterday. Now I cannot get to my yahoo email account. What do I do now?

it shouyld let u use old acct. and if its deleted then let u create new one. Yahoo policy says they will delete your email acct if u dson't use it for like about two-three months, but usually it stays for over a year.
Answer to your question. Did u create a new sign-in name or used the old one? If the system let u sign-in as old acct then u should b able to use that acct.
Reply:I don't know the exact time frame, somewhere around 3 months. But if you do not use your email account for this long, it will close and you will lose all your emails. Sucks!
