If you want to make another yahoo e-mail ID, then just sign out with the one u are now logged into and then register for a new one by clicking the link "Register" or "New User" by going to their home page!
How do I set up a second email address?
It depends what site you want an email address with. Generally just go to their homepage (e.g. www.yahoo.com, www.hotmail.com, www.supanet.com etc) and there will be a button to 'Sign Up'. Just enter your details and follow the instructions.
