yeah - but it's too long to explain---why don't you research it and do it yourself - think of the feeling of PRIDE you would have by accomplishing something rather than just someone giving you the answer.

Reply:First check outlook express is configured.
As the admin to enable POP3 on ur mailbox.
Then configure a profile for the POP3 and give incoming server address and the outgoing server name while configuring the profile.
