How do I set up yahoo email accounts for my children?

we are using internet explorer (most recent version) with yahoo as homepage.
How do I set up yahoo email accounts for my children?
You can add accounts by clicking My Account up by your name and then to the right of the screen, click on edit or add accounts. You should be able to do it through there.
