The simplest thing would be to ask the sender to use MongoSCAN. You don't need to sign up for anything or install anything on your computer in order to receive faxes in your email, nor do they.





Basically, if the person who wants to send you a fax creates their Cover Page at www.MongoSCAN.com, and then sends it through a fax machine, it will go directly to your email (and they'll get an email copy of the transaction too).





Doing it this way will eliminate the need for you to sign up and pay for a fax service each month, neither party has to download or install anything, overall it's pretty simple...you're just using a MongoSCAN cover page instead of your own and then their technology does the rest for you.
