I set up an msn acct from my computer for a friend. Now her account is tied to my computer, and her recipients assume her mail is from me because it comes up my name with her e-mail address. She contacted msn, and says that I need to contact yahoo---I believe I can correct this from my PC. Ideas?

Delete her account and start over reading ALL the instructions for setting up new accounts
