How do i set up an Outlook Express Email Account thing?

I dont understand anything:


Can I make up any email adress


What do i put POP3,lMAP,HTTP,SMTP areas, i have know idea.


And what do i put in account nickname thing and password?
How do i set up an Outlook Express Email Account thing?
Outlook Express is considered a go between for your email and there are some email accounts that won't let you use Outlook Express to receive email unless you pay for this service.





That said, if you have an account with a private company (verizon, onlinemac, embarq or the like) you can get all the information on set up and what goes in the POP3 %26amp; SMTP boxes off the website of the email carrier.
