well it really depends on which email service you use. i know gmail has instructions in their help section on how to do it. i am not sure about yahoo and other services
How do I set up my email to go to outlook or outlook express?
are you using yahoo mail? you can only use third party programs with yahoo mail if you pay...like yahoo mail plus. bummer.
Reply:It is more of which program you choose to set up to retrieve your e-mail from your e-mail accounts. If you want to use outlook set it up to get your e-mail and don't launch outlook express and set it not to auto launch. both programs will require you to define your mail server and account and log in information. If you have multiple e-mail servers you can configure outlook express for one and outlook for the other.
