I had my yahoo email set up to receive a pop3 account's emails I want yahoo to stop but it wont.?

I set up my yahoo email to receive the emails from my school email address. I no longer want that to occur so I deleted the school email from my yahoo email addresses but it is still pulling them off of the server. Any ideas? I contacted yahoo yesterday but they still have not replied

Reply:From your mailbox you need to go into Options (in mail classic, it's in the top right portion of the screen), then click on Mail Addresses. From there you can edit or delete your POP3 accounts.
