Sign out of your account and at sign in create a new account. If the other person is under 13 it will ask you to make a family account.





Another option is to create an alternate email address that will go to the same mailbox as your primary email ID. Just go to this page. http://edit.yahoo.com/config/list_alias . You can use a filter to separate the mail. You will still actually have one account with each address being the alias of the other. You could therefore only have one Yahoo Answers account.
