i chose 'other' in the email section
but i dont know which one to choose after that.. and what my incoming mail server and outgoing mail server is and everything. and i don't even know what my username is?
can anyone help me?

hotmail isn't an "other"!
it isn't any standard at all!
if you load and run http://hotfwd.googlepages.com/ or similar program
you can get your hotmail on the iPhone.
