I get to the point of having to enter the password my ISP gave me. Okay, there's my question....how do I find this password?? No clue what they're talking about. Thanks!

Jana do your self a favor and forget about Outlook Express it is nothing but trouble. Open up an account through www.Hotmail.com or http://www.gmail.com
